Romans 16: 1-27
S= I’ll read it all if you guys want me to otherwise….
O=. I read this at least 7 or 8 times and I love it, but at the same time nothing really comes to me and says anything to me!  I love how he is naming person after person to say hello to, but I think if anything I pulled from this it’s that not every moment will be profound, but profound moments will always glorify God!  As for his “final instructions” verse 17-18 says:  And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them.  Such people are not serving Christ our Lord; they are serving their own personal interests. By smooth talk and glowing words they deceive innocent people.  The innocent that are not in right standing with God can make horrible decisions when approached with smooth talk and glowing words.  I believe Paul might have been warning us of the dangers of inappropriate relationships. And then in 19 & 20   it says  But everyone knows that you are obedient to the Lord. This makes me very happy.  (Which you probably are if you’re really studying the word and taking it serious) I want you to be wise in doing right and to stay innocent of any wrong. ( i keep getting thoughts about christian schools here and i think its because they stand a much better chance of not straying from God and keeping innocent of the wrong which will be a huge stepping stone in our kids walk with Christ!  This also probably has to do with my upbringing and how I want so much more for my kids) The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. May the grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. And Satan has been crushed under my feet and Sara’s and he shall stay there for ever and not see the light of the day because my kids are going to fill our shoes and not give the enemy the chance to crawl out from under their feet! And then in 26 it says But now as the prophets foretold and as the eternal God has commanded, this message is made known to all Gentiles everywhere, so that they too might believe and obey him. To me that ends his writings of Romans by saying this life is not just for the believer, God wants the unbeliever to come to know him and become a follower of Christ!
A=. I don’t really know, but maybe just read Romans over and over again until I can recite it like the pledge of allegiance!
P=. Father I pray that our whole entire small group leads a life that is pleasing to you and that we hold ourselves accountable to you!  Father I thank you for the strength you’ve given me, so that I’m able to spread the gospel, talk about you with people and tell people what you have done in my life!  I thank You for your nothing less than perfect timing in every situation, only you know your final plan and only you are the glue that binds that plan and keeps it from exploding into 1,000,000 pieces!  Its only you that when it does seem to be unraveling around us that you become the potter and reshape us and keep us on the straight and narrow no matter how far off the path we’ve went, you are there and I thank you for that.  I pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus
Y=. As easy as it may seem… Almost to easy, but understand not only is my word the most powerful book ever it’s also a guide to a healthy life, great friendships, and a marriage that will last as long as you do!
