Easy Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast (preferably organic)
- 1 Tbsp of Oregano
- Sea Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Theses are the ingredients I use and like the most, but feel free to experiment and find out what works best for you
Instructions
- Allow the raw Chicken Breast to sit out seasoned for at least 35 to 45 minutes
- I'm using my George Foreman Grill (that's what makes it easy) so if you have one turn it to medium heat and let it heat up for about 10 minutes
- Depending on the thickness of your chicken cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until juices run clear
- Remove from grill and allow juices to distribute through the chicken by not disturbing them for about 5 minutes
